The minimum order value is €25.
Complaints must be made within 8 days of receipt of the goods at the latest. The goods remain our property until full payment has been made. Return of goods of all kinds, except those expressly calculated as sample deliveries, only in exceptional cases after consultation, with a reduction of at least 20% for re-inspection and processing.
1. General The following conditions apply exclusively to all of our offers, sales and deliveries. By placing the order, the customer agrees to this in full. Differing conditions are only valid if they are specifically agreed and confirmed by us in writing. Changing individual conditions will not affect the others. The buyer's purchasing conditions do not bind us, even if we do not expressly contradict them. Rights and obligations arising from the purchase contract may not be transferred to others without our express consent. Unless otherwise agreed, these conditions apply to all current and future business transactions, even if no specific reference is made to these conditions when an individual order is placed within the framework of an existing business relationship.
2. Offers, technical application advice and reservation of changes Offers are always non-binding, even if not specifically agreed upon. Application, use and processing of the purchased goods are solely the responsibility of the buyer. The seller's oral and written application technology advice is only considered non-binding advice and does not exempt the buyer from examining the products themselves to determine their suitability for the intended processes and purposes. Should the seller still be liable, this is limited to the value of the goods delivered by the buyer. We reserve the right to make design changes; notification of this is not necessary. Illustrations and technical data in brochures provide general information. The technical data are only binding if we have expressly confirmed them.
3. Orders Orders are only considered accepted when they have been confirmed by us in writing. If delivery is made immediately without confirmation, the invoice is also considered an order confirmation.
4. Prices Our prices are subject to change and apply excluding packaging, postage, freight, other shipping costs, insurance, customs and assembly. Any increase in wages, raw material prices, freight, customs duties, taxes, levies or other charges that may occur between completion and delivery or the entry into force of new such charges entitle us, to the extent permitted by law, to an appropriate price increase. The number of pieces determined by us is decisive for the calculation.
5. Delivery The delivery time is subject to agreement for each individual order. The delivery time is deemed to have been met with timely notification of readiness for dispatch if dispatch is impossible through no fault of our own. Partial deliveries may not be rejected by the buyer. Over- and under-deliveries are permitted up to 10 percent of the ordered goods. An obligation to adhere to agreed delivery deadlines can only be assumed under the condition that the production process is undisturbed. The consequences of force majeure, operational disruptions, official measures, lack of raw and auxiliary materials at the time of production and other unforeseen circumstances for us and our suppliers entitle us to cancel the delivery obligations in whole or in part. Failure to comply with confirmed delivery deadlines does not entitle you to assert claims for damages or to cancel the order. We are entitled, but not obliged, to deliver the missing quantity of goods. Claims for damages due to non-fulfillment or late fulfillment are excluded. The risk is transferred to the buyer when the goods leave the factory or when they are notified that they are ready for dispatch. In the absence of special instructions, the choice of camouflage route and means of transport is made at the best of our discretion without any liability for the cheapest and fastest shipping. Shipping is always at the risk of the client - even in the case of free delivery and in the case of retention of title. Unless otherwise agreed, packaging is carried out at our discretion. It will be charged at the current prices and will not be taken back.
6. Complaints Complaints about the weight, number of pieces, quality or design of the goods can only be taken into account if they are not waived by our terms and conditions of sale if they are made immediately after they have been discovered
